矿业工程 （Mining Engineering）

矿业工程是中国矿业大学的传统和优势学科，国家“世界一流大学和世界一流学科”建设学科。学科始建于1909年，1981年获得硕士学位授予权，1984年获得博士学位授予权，1985年设立博士后科研流动站。在2003年、2007年、2012年和2017年教育部四轮学科评估中均名列全国第一，世界大学学科排名进入前20。矿业工程已成为特色鲜明国内领先、世界前列的学科。

Mining Engineering is a traditionally preponderant discipline of CUMT, one of the national “world-class universities and first-class disciplines” construction disciplines. It was founded in 1909 and was authorized to grant the master’s degree in 1981 and the doctoral degree in 1984, and build the postdoctoral scientific research mobile station in 1985. The discipline ranked first in the past four rounds of discipline evaluation by the Ministry of Education in 2003, 2007, 2012, and 2017 and ranked in the top 20 of QS discipline evaluation in 2021. It has developed into a leading discipline with distinctive domestic and overseas characteristics.

1985年，博士后科研流动站：矿业工程

In 1985, the Mining Engineering postdoctoral scientific research mobile station was established.

1988年，首批国家重点学科：采矿工程

1995年，首批“211工程”建设学科：矿业工程

In 1995, Mining Engineering became one of the key disciplines listed in the national “211 Project”.

2001年，再次认定为国家重点学科：采矿工程

2006年，“985工程优势学科创新平台”建设学科：矿业工程

In 2006, Mining Engineering became one of the key disciplines listed in the national “985 Innovation Platform for Key Discipline Project”.

2007年，国家一级学科重点学科：矿业工程

In 2007, Mining Engineering was listed as one of the national first-level key disciplines.

2010年：首批江苏高校优势学科建设工程：矿业工程

In 2010, Mining Engineering became one of Jiangsu preponderant disciplines.

2017年：国家“世界一流大学和世界一流学科”建设学科：矿业工程

In 2017, Mining Engineering was listed as one of the key disciplines of the national“First-Class Discipline Project”.
